IMODIUM® Plus Caplets are used to treat acute (short-lived) attacks of diarrhoea and contains an additional ingredient, simeticone, to relieve abdominal pain and provide dual relief for more troublesome bouts of diarrhoea.

The IMODIUM® range is suitable for adults and children over 12 years of age.

Adults over 18yrs dosage: 2 caplets to begin with. Then, if required, 1 caplet after each episode of diarrhoea. Do not take more than 4 caplets in any 24 hour period and do not use for more than 2 days.

12yrs–18yrs dosage: 1 caplet to begin with. Then, if required, 1 caplet after each episode of diarrhoea. Do not take more than 4 caplets in any 24 hour period and do not use for more than 2 days.

Contains loperamide and simeticone. Always read the label.
